June 26th-27th Weekendly

Part 1: Most people think SAC is about art, which yes it is- but we like to include other things outside of art! For this weekendly activity, we’re going to focus on future goals. Write a short paragraph (3-4 sentences) in the forums, comments, blankslate, etc. about what you want to do in the future. Maybe you want to be an astronaut? Or have a kid? It’s up to you to decide, but make sure to have as much detail. Part 1 is worth 210 points.

Part 2: So after you write a short paragraph on what your future goals are, draw it! If you want to be an astronaut when you grow up, maybe draw space. Remember it’s your choice and have fun! Part 2 is worth 250 points.

As a total for both parts, you’ll earn 460 points towards your cabin.

Part 1

I have many things I'd like to get better at but here is a few!
Something I'd like to do in the future is get better at photography, right now I'm doing basic photography with just whatever landscape I have at home and I just use a sort-of decent camera to photograph. I'd like to get better at professional photography, and stargazing photography if that's a thing? It seems really cool and I'm already pretty good with the basic photography :P also another thing I'd like to do in the future is get better at art! I honestly don't think I'm the best at art right now, I have a lack of stopping during random times because the lineart just doesn't look as what I'd like. I'd also like to get better at shading, because it's confusing with the light source and all lol. Lastly another thing I'd like to get better at is my leadership and time management skills. I feel like SAC has helped me with that, but now since it's the summer time I'm going to have to balance irl camps, speech and debate tournaments, and then online things as well!
Time to work on part 2 now :D

something i'd like and want to do in the future is get a dog ahah. im unable to get one unfortunately so once i get more mature and do good in school hopefully my dad will let me get one! i really enjoy watching dog videos and them just wearing cute things,,, its an aesthetic pleasure if i must say. honestly i love animals, all animals. made my own crossbreed ig– dogfin B)) and yeah! dogs = women's best friends lolol and dogs can honestly protect you from danger which would be really cool since im a solo person to be honest.

Something I'd like to do in the future is go to Canada! I dunno, but like I wanna travel the world… and why not start with Canada? Theres French (?) and English speaking people there so it would help me learn sort of xD I really would like to travel the world because it seems fun to sightsee that I've never seen before! I really like aesthetics, and there's many cities and places that are aesthetic that would be cool to view.

Part 1

There are a lot of things I want for the future. One of them, being a professional dancer/singer. I dance a lot so being a dancer is one of my most big dreams/goals. I also want to help people, especially poor and people with difficulties. Where I leave there are a lot of people living in the street, So I wanna help the way I can. I would also love going to Paris and Broadway! I’m going soon to Broadway, but going to Paris is one of the things I’ve wanted for a longggg time.

there's many things I'd like to do in the future! first off I'd like to do a diverse range of art styles, and I really like seeing @solarsea's abstract art so I hope I can do something similar to her abstract art in my weekendly part 2 . another thing I'd like to do in the future which I will not be creating into art is writing! I dont particularly enjoy writing, and I want to get better at writing in a journal and writing in my free time. step by step I think I'll get to what I'd like to achieve in the future!

I'm still really unsure about my future career and goals, but I have a few options. I'm aiming to get a scholarship for college and graduate school. I'm aiming to go to a college in my hometown and majoring in one of my favorite subjects (English, Math if I'm good, Visual Arts). I'm thinking of becoming a psychiatrist when I grow up because brain stuff is cool. I might also be a part-time artist, Scratch Team member, or grocery store bagger ) I will graduate graduate school by 26 and do my intern/residency until 30. So… I'll have to wait until 30 to make money :'( But that aside, I'll probably marry and have kids after all that (assuming somebody actually loves me lmao). Once the cash is flowing in, I'll donate a bit every month to charities because why not Then once I'm old, wrinkly, and ready for retirement, I'll take the pension stuff and yadayada. Then I will get to have grandkids and a bunch of freetime. Who knows, I might visit Scratch again in 60 years. So that's my entire life plan Sorry, that was not a very short paragraph XD

I am totally unprepared for my future life, have to go to collage soon and all but I still need to decide everything in that. I really might just say goodbye to Scratch soon and probably after the summer so I can focus on things I really need to focus on and not be sidetracked by Scratch. I will most likely be going to college somewhere nearby me, and I'm trying and probably will try to get a degree in engineering. I've been doing computer science and engineering for some time and those are what I think I can succeed in. I'll of course have to do other jobs in college like working at a grocery store, the mall, etc. to earn money. After college I honestly can't think that far so whatever I get a degree in, I'll try to have a job similar to that or something I enjoy. Like Melody I'll donate, and I don't think I want to get married unless this person is really cool and all hahaha. Not really into babies and kids for some reason so I think having a solo life would be cool. After being old for some time, I'll probably just travel the world and sightsee things in a van B)) That just seems cool. Anyways yeah,, what if I check in on this place and find this post when I'm old :eyes:

In the future I’d love to become a maths teacher. I love maths and have always challenged myself in it so that’s why I want to become one. I also find that I can explain things OK so maybe I’ll be good at it?

I totally don't know how my future will be like but if I could I would rather travel the world or become an artist or the last option study astronomy even I'm not a type of person who can read and learn thousand pages . Travelling the world would be a lot of fun and experiencing different cultures would be even more especially if I get to see the beautiful sights of mother nature and if I could I would like to involve art in it. If I put aside all of that I have exams coming up which is the future I should be focusing on at the moment but what happens after I grow up is unknown to me.

In the future I want to accomplish getting into a good school, getting better at art and becoming the Prime Minister of Australia. Okay, education really matters to me (okay, not me, but to my parents) so getting into a good high school would be a win-win for my parents and I(I get to have unlimited fun stuff like a dog), getting better at art is essential for me because I want to become and illustrator when I'm older (Also and author) and last but not least, being Prime Minister. Okay. Unlikely so maybe just a politician. I want to be this when I'm older because
1. I watched Peppa Pig when I was 3 and the only reason Peppa and her friends wanted a job was to boos people around, so 1, bossing people around(jk,jk,jk,jk, sorry I'm weird)
2. I (think I) have good leadership skills (Says all the adults in my life) but leadership is really all about making people have fun, be happy and ride rollercoasters! (sorry I'm weird)
I'd also like a degree in circus arts(acrobatics) music, art, theatre, medicine and something else I forgot. That might seem like a lot but when I was 5 I wanted to be everything, so I guess this is a (good)improvement, for now. Anyway, where I live it's the first day of the school holidays yay! Anyway, go Silhouette~!

Ok so, in the future I want to complete 6th Form (UK - age 16-18) at my grammar school studying French, English Lit. and Drama. I would probably like to study French/English Lit. at a good university. I want to be an actor/author (I love writing so much!) and make art in my free time. I want to make a difference to the world, especially to do with LGBTQAI+ rights. I also want a puppy ASAP, but evil parents interfere lol. Also winning the lottery would be a nice start

I want to win the lottery so I can afford college (or, I might get a job. That's probably more likely, but winning the lottery would be super cool-), become a lifeguard, read every single Ripley's Believe It or Not in a day, binge The Hunger Games when The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes movie comes out, convince the world that Gale is superior to Peeta, become an author, and I don't want to ever give up. I want to make a difference in the world and have an awesome family with four dogs, two horses, seven chicken, three rats, two pigs, two goats, five cats, and some other pets along with visiting every Ripley's museum and building ever while buying their book for that year while I'm there so I can get the whole futuristic collection. I think not giving up is honestly one of the biggest ways to succeed, though!

So when i grow up i want to be a wildlife carer! I'd like to be a wildlife carer so i can help hurt/sick animals out in the wild by bringing them to a sanctuary and fixing them until they're all better! I had this idea for a job when my dad rescued an owl from the side of the road who had a twisted wing. We took care of it for 2 days before my dad took it to a vet. And thats why i want to become a Wildlife carer

I want to be a famous artist and writer. I want to find out my sexuality. I wanna move to a new house, and know English perfectly. But I doesn't want to move into another country. I would really like to be an lpstuber too.

I'm not one hundred percent sure what I'm going to do when I grow up, I just sort of want to finish high school, and see where God leads me from there. whether I get married and have a family, or stay single, I will try to make God the center of my life. Some career options I am interested in are: Computer scientist, storyboard artist, and just some sort of random desk job. I also really want it rescue birds/other wildlife, but especially birds, specifically badly treated parrots.

I’m not really sure about what I want to do and be when I am older. I know that I would definitely like to go to a school that I can major in something like engineering or architectural design because I think those careers are cool and can involve science, math, and art, which are all things I love to do! Next is more of the interesting ideas. I’d really love to travel the world more and be able to visit new countries and places I’ve never been to before. I would also like to have a family and maybe even live in New England, because I really like it. Lastly, my big dream is getting into a college like Carnegie Mellon.

There's many things i'd like to do in the future. I want to be an author and continue to do art as a hobby. I'd love to travel the world. I want to go to a great college and be successful in life. I love to write and I hope one day to become an author. Writing is super fun and a great way to express your self sometimes. Even though I wouldn't start a career in art, (because it's so hard to make it in the art world), I enjoy it a lot so I'd love to continue that. There's so many amazing places that I have yet to see. I want to see France, Alaska, New Zealand, Germany, the (7-10) wonders of the world and so many other places. I'd like to go to a great college so that I can find what I love to do and be successful.

Outside of SAC, (and scratch, really) I would like to spend my future hanging out with my family, and not only being on my device. And I'm excited to spend today and tomorrow spending time to do that at vacation with my family. I would love to go travel in the future to Canada of France etc, so I will wait for Covid to pass before that
