Issue with sprites loading

I hope this isn't a dupe or anything…
But I've found that when I click a project and press the green flag, there are sometimes no sprites at all. (This happens randomly, like it doesn't matter if it's a big project or small project or whatever). And if I click “see inside” everything is there like normal.
