USB Mouse+keybord on win98 driver
someone i know has a windows 98 computer, but we cant use it because the usb mouse wont work with it. is there a way to copy a driver to the hard drive and have it install on boot, and what driver should i use?

The driver depends on the mouse. Keep in mind that KernelEx will not work with drivers (it was only designed for applications).

What's the company/model of the mouse? Search the internet for drivers for it for Windows 98.

Chances are if the keyboard still works you could boot into Linux from a USB drive, copy the driver, then boot into windows 98 and use the keyboard to get to the driver installer.
Guy who likes minimalist Linux distros, and hates using modern JS bloated websites most of the time.
