Check out these studios - This one and This one

I just use this - https://coolfont.org/ - some won't work on scratch but I know that at least the small caps one works which is a fairly popular one on scratch.

They are not fonts just Unicode characters being used as a font. For example, ‘я’ is a Cyrillic character not font for the letter ‘r’.

Try the above suggestions in this thread.
