Reproduction steps:

creaTe a LIsT. IT Doesn'T maTTer How you name IT.
rIgHT cLIcK anD seLecT "ImporT".
cLIcK "canceL".
cLIcK see proJecT page.
scroLL Down.

Expected result: THere Is noTHIng BeLow FooTer.
Actual result: THere Is a "cHoose FILe" BeLow FooTer. wHen you cHoose a FILe, THe LIsT geTs upDaTeD.

Signatures are the only place where assets links still work.
