Would it be possible to port Doom to scratch?

The doom source code is out there. If someone could successfully recreate the code from it, would it be possible to play Doom in Scratch, albeit with some PG edits?

I think it should be possible. I mean, the AI would probably be a bit hard but otherwise.

The type of coding that Scratch uses is a block-based language. You snap programming together, rather than typing it. I've seen some ambitious attempts at pseudo-3D games such as 3D escape room, cube racing game, but not a fps. I mean, yeah, the source code is easily maneuverable. We've seen it on a truck, a car, and a freaking TI Calculator. But I think porting it to scratch would be hard.

here is a doom engine I found for laser deathmatch. I bet one of us could edit the said game to run doom on it.
