I will look into this, I can give you a folder on the subdomain cassie gave me quite generously domain: skyline.cassiedragonandfriends.org if you like.
It all depends… Having a little hosting space for html would be nice, but without proper MySQL and stuff the OnSchedule program wouldn't function.

If you already have a web host, you can just have a su domain point to your host I believe. You could have an elfin8er.com domain for now if you want xD

If I could get a subdomain of that, it would be great.
Like having 16skittles.elfin8er.com point to my host. Sooner or later I'll probably end up just buying a domain though.

Ok, I've done this once before. Lets see if I can remember how. I need the IP of your web host.

I AM BEYOND FURIOUS!!! My domain just got jacked and parked by Dot.tk. I guess there are stories, but it couldn't happen to me, right? WRONG! No warning, no email… Not so much as any evidence that I ever had control of the domain. Don't trust them. Go with something legitimate. If you try to get a free ride, you're gonna get a big surprise. Everyone, I want you to do the following:

1. STOP going to 16skittles.tk. If you visit the site you'll be redirected to various ads in the most scumbag way possible. This is all Dot.tk, not me.
2. ASK people you know with domain names if I might be able to grab a subdomain?
3. WAIT while I try to figure out what the heck to do.

Unbelievable.
I want to tell you guys a REAL story.
My friend owned a website, and it got parked by dot.tk too.
He was SO ANGRY,ANGRY ENOUGH TO EXPLODE.
He was so angry he literally sued dot.tk
End of (true) story.

Yeah, I'm not sure how that would turn out with all of the stuff that may be hidden in the TOU.

Use 000webhost, it's what I use and it works well, MySQL, FTP, the works. Their service is decent, too.

He won,but dot.tk recovered from being sued after 7 months.

I absolutely hate 000webhost. Just my opinion though. Good for free hosting, but I don't like 'em.

They're the most reliable free host, as long as you have a functioning website with steady hits. Personally I switched to a paid host.

…why? I mean, I can understand not liking them but it'd make more sense if you provided reasoning.
First off, I haven't tried the paid plan. This only applies for the free hosting.

Downtimes, lack of support, pretty limited features etc. Again, really good for a free host, but I just prefer buying hosting for a few bucks a month.

I think we're getting a bit off topic though.

I've been using 000webhost (not including this slight downtime/interim time on elfin8er's domain) and am pretty happy with them. The only things I have been unhappy with is the lack of free support for python/ruby on rails. But that's not the problem, the problem was with the domain registrar, not the web host.
In the event that I could afford a paid plan I'd go somewhere else, but you can't beat the price.

If you're going with paid host, I'd recommend Sudo Hosting. I have my site with them, and I used to have a minecraft server with them as well. The staff are really nice, and will be willing to help you with pretty much anything you need help setting up.

I like 000webhost because of MySQL, PHP, and really good file manager.

What do people use Ruby on Rails for that PHP can't do?
