Genral Rules:

These rules apply to everyone!
Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines.
Do not copy this shop exactly or the copy will be reported.
Any form of hate, discrimination, impersonation of another forum poster, or other rude actions will lead to one of the following things: being reported, getting a warning, being fired, getting demoted from the Board of Directors, or being stopped from ordering, depending on the severity of the violation and your role in the shop.

Staff:

Please be respectful to customers.
When taking a customers order quote “Taken, your order should be done soon!” or something similar.
When an order is completed edit the taken post with an image (if applicable) of the completed order and a link to the completed order (if applicable) then on the customer's profile (unless they have opted out) tell them that their order is complete and leave a link to the edited post.
If you have a question about their order please comment on their profile.
Staff must follow the rules at all times or they will get a warning or be fired.
Staff members can get warnings by not following the rules, not responding to an activity check, not completing an order before the deadline or in 3 weeks, or being unpolite and mean to customers and/or other staff.
When you get 4 warnings you will be fired and unable to reapply for 3 weeks.

Ordering:

Fill out the correct form.
Please note that your order will not be completed immediately and that the order may be a bit late to make sure that it is of the topmost quality.

If you use the order (apart from image hosting), please credit/link our shop
PLEASE give us at least 2 days to complete orders
If you do not comply with these rules you will be prohibited from ordering from us again, joining the shop or partnering your shops with us.

Partnerships:

Please note that your partnership may not be accepted if we feel that you are not the right fit for us.
We may give orders to our partners if we can not complete them and they may give us orders if they can not complete them as long as they are orders that comply with the services we offer.
Now and then we conduct an activity check here that you will have to respond to in the given amount of time.

BoD:

To apply for a BoD position you must have been a shop member for at least a week and have no warnings.
If you get more than 2 warnings you will be demoted from the BoD and other BoD members will move up a rank if they wish.

The Synchronised Scratcher Package:

A matching banner, project thumbnail, profile picture and studio thumbnail.

The Superb Shop Package:

A shop banner, a shop studio thumbnail and up to 8 topic banners (eg. staff, forms etc).

The Powerful Project Thumbnail Package:

A project thumbnail with no text so you can use it for all your projects!

Anything we could improve on: ChocolateRain101 does exceptional. So does YukiiSpring/Glitterspring1… but it was very overdue, even after sending reminders on both this shop and their profile.
