Hacked blocks are blocks that were hacked in order to achieve a certain function not available with normal blocks. To make them, you need to download the project, open the .sb3 file, look for project.json, open it, and edit certain parts of it. Then, save the new project.json, repackage the .sb3, and import it into the editor. You now have hacked blocks!
