No more typing, but much more clicking! The intutive new version of Broadcastic OS is nearing final release. Broadcastic OS: Graphical Era gets rid of the ASK AND WAIT script feature present in ALL previous versions of the OS.

I've noticed a trend of dispopularity in this OS due to linking to the OS's TNG edition. Give GE a try.

Planned features:

Broadcastic OS TNG:

• Final application. Probably not.
  
• Minor application glitch fixing for a short time after 5.0 release.
  

Broadcastic OS GE:

• A few songs. Possibly taken from its predecessor.
  
• Possibly a calculator. I don't really think so though.
  
• More settings. EVEN more settings.
  
• FPS monitor. Slow or fast.
  
• Maybe even internet connection tester.
  
• Long Term support after GE release.
  
• Updates - who wants Broadcastic OS 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3? (the 7.0 milestone for GE is the other candidate to a new UI candidate below)

This system is WAY too early in development for any planned features.

Argh. Should I return to forcing users to hurt their fingers due to typing too much? I'm happier doing that, especially if nobody cares about my new UI.

If it did inspire you to make your own, then that's really good. I really like getting people involved in these things because of creativity and learning. One thing I learned while developing Broadcastic OS (to be more specific, while developing version 5.5, and which made me develop 5.6) is that the touching colour boolean block detects even when the sprite is hidden or another sprite is in between the two sprites in layering terms.
