Problem with scratch’s sound place where you can get different sounds!!

Hi,I am Mes230787.I have figured out that for the last 3 months,Each time i go to the sounds place,I says,, “Sorry,But scratch has crashed”

I am a little annoyed now with the fact that i love music.can anyone help?[
