I can't access the sound tab in projects

I really have no idea where this goes so

Ok, so when i click on the sound tab inside projects, it gives me this:

Someone help
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 83.0.4103.97, No Flash version detected
HOWEVER, it does work on firefox
