No it wasn't. It just had a few disadvantages. I recommend Xcode.
Or Swift.
I said Xcode not Obj-C because I know about swift.

Xcode only works on Apple stuff though. (Swift is a part of Xcode.)

I seriously hope you one day understand Xcode is an IDE and not a language.

Objective-C is not just for Apple stuff. Cocoa (and Cocoa touch) are libraries that are used for iOS and OSX, but Objective-C itself is not just an Apple thing.

I'm assuming here you meant to quote my previous post.
Yes, you can write in O-C and Cocoa on XCode, but XCode is for coding on, not for coding with, as if to make a game from “Xcode”

Do you ever hear this? “This game was written in the programming language xcode”

I was planning on quoting but was to lazy.

XD No, I have not heard that. I also know what XCode is, but I was replying to AM, who said that Obj-C was just for Apple stuff.

This sounds like an excuse for adult content.
Also, as many have said, use SNAP! (formerly BYOB)

Might I recommend calming down before this gets heated?

Sorry, it just really burns me when someone posts before reading the opening post. Happens a lot.

Anyways, my opinion is that if you want to program in a more ‘advanced’ environment, try Python, Java, or a different ‘flavor’ of scratch. (mods)

I think you need to calm down. Your post there was… rather condescending. Anyway, does jvvg say anything about obscenities? No. He meant advanced scripting most likely.

I am perfectly calm. I was simply stating that someone who hasn't read through a discussion thread should not post in that thread. As for the content in the quote, jvvg's wording (“13+”, “all ages”, and “dividing the community”) indicates that he means the former as opposed to the latter. It has no relevance to the topic of advanced scripting.
