Insects - Oingo Boingo.
This is really only particularly creepy if you have an aversion to creepy-crawlies, but I also find the guitar riff that pops up near the beginning and end of the song to be very unsettling for some reason.

AS Crust by Amnesia Scanner is one of my favorite creepy songs. It has a chilling sound and a strangely unsettling music video. Check it out.

Check out stuff by the Antlers. Specifically their album Hospice. It isn't exactly creepy in a supernatural way, but more in the way the story is told. It is an indie concept album that was heavily produced. The story is about a young woman suffering from leukemia and her nurse falls in love with her. They end up getting married and yeah. Then the inevitable happens. It's a very sad story and the warped synths, distorted vocals, and eerie whispering make what I would consider a creepy album. Hit me up if you have any questions or want some more music recommendations. Thanks!

You know that one part in the song “Come Sail Away” by Styx where it sounds weird? Do NOT play that at night.

Surprised nobody mentioned Keiji Haino yet.
Two works of his: “Nijiumu” and “Watashi Dake?”
I dare you to listen to both of them at midnight
