1. Activity Check Results

2. Studio for Trainees
There is a new shop studio for trainees here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/25776284/.
This will contain helpful information and advice for trainees. It doesn't contain a lot of information at present but will soon have more. It will also be studio for the trainees to ask for questions and help from the Chairman.
All trainees have been invited to curate. The President and the Chairman can manage.

3. Meeting for Board of Directors
There is currently a meeting on the Board of Directors. This will take place from now until the 17th of February. The reason for this meeting is that the shop suggestion that passed a while back introduced monthly meetings for the Board of Directors. Could all Board members please go to the studio her for the meeting: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/5272046/. There is more info in the studio. The Chairman will organise the meetings after this one but because there is no Chairman now, I will do it this time.
