Hello everyone!

Recently, we have been working on a Pokémon parody/fangame called Pookiemon Left and Right.

The game is far from being finished, but we have finished designing the layout of a few towns and pixeling several sprites.
Until we finish the rest of the sprites, we are using GameFreak's sprites as placeholders, and will not use any GameFreak property in the final game.
(The Game Icon/Cover is 100% by us, however…)

Pookiemon Left and Right will not be on Scratch. Sorry.

However, it will be available for free download on Steam and on The Official Pookiemon Website (when we make one.)

The game is built using Rpg Maker XP and the Pokémon Essentials Library.


We are open to any suggestions or ideas that you guys might have.

Good luck publishing a game on Steam that steals copyrighted imagery directly from Game freak (no offense).

You will not be able to publish this because it contains copyrighted material. I recommend you not to publish this and just put this as a private game for friends.

Sorry for not making this clear earlier, but most of the sprites in the screenshot are placeholder sprites that belong to GameFreak. When we have finished all the code in the game, we will replace these with our own sprites. I'll take the screenshot down as it is not accurate at all and very different from the final product. Again, sorry for the confusion!

Could've named it Powermon, sounds better. Just suggesting tho.
