Import quality

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 12239.92.0, Chrome 76.0.3809.136, Flash 32.0 (release 0)
so I've been noticing white dots along with the imported pictures If anyone else experiences this, I think scratch should step up import quality!

Pretty sure it's a Chromebook thing - you can read more about it here

What sort of image were you importing? I could test it to see if white dots appear for me when I import it

Are you able to share the image? My theory atm as to the weird white dots is that it might be caused because parts of the image are transparent?

This happened around 2 weeks ago, and i no longer have said image. But it did have a transparent background.
