My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 12239.92.0, Chrome 76.0.3809.136, Flash 32.0 (release 0)
so I've been noticing white dots along with the imported pictures If anyone else experiences this, I think scratch should step up import quality!

I believe i have had a similar issue, it happens when i edit the size of a imported sprite.

My theory atm as to the weird white dots is that it might be caused because parts of the image are transparent?I believe it was a PNGWhat sort of image were you importing?
