glitchy black dots??

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 12239.67.0, Chrome 76.0.3809.102, Flash 32.0 (release 0)

So today i'm playing scratch and when im making projects these black dots appear all over the sprites. Does anyone know what's going on? heres a screenshot

Are you in the paint editor when you are seeing these black dots? Are they showing the whole time you are in the editor or do they show up when you work with certain tools?

No… it's hard to put in in a sense of what we're talking about.
If i'm in the editor it looks normal but when i'm looking at the actual project itself there are random black dots. Even when uploading projects or images

These only show up on the little screen where the projects are actually played.

They don't show up in the paint editor, only on the project…. but they're everywhere! I'm glad I'm not the only person seeing them, though. (this is my first time on the discussion forums. Am I doing this right?)

The only time this doesn't happen for me is when I'm viewing other people's projects instead of my own…

It only seems to be affecting Chromebook/Chrome OS users, (Possibly) people on Windows are fine. So something in the update must be glitching for Chromebook/ Chrome OS users.

I'm not too active in the forums anymore, but I'm still active on scratch!
I'm a cohost of Scratch Writing Camp, running it with Alba, Birdi, Bakie, and Honey.
