I thought a 2D version of Sonic Adventure would be pretty cool, so I decided to drop in.

So, would the level designs be 2D versions of the 3D source material, original designs, or a mix of both?

OK. Emerald Coast, Red Mountain, Lost World, Hot Shelter, Speed Highway, Windy Valley, and Ice Cap would be pretty easy to re-make in 2D based on how those stages are designed. That's just my opinion, though.
