formula. is a new shop that thrives with efficiency and productivity. We provide many services and are always very happy to serve our customers. Our staff members are the best of the best, due to our stricter policies and rules. We welcome and encourage newer scratchers to join our shop. We are always improving our abilities and talents. If you are feeling skeptical, or have any questions, feel free to ask them below!

Why should we hire you?: I've actually helped boost several shops and I socialize with people online easily. I have lots of ideas and can't wait to share them with everyone

I don't know. Maybe make some order database out of it? And the UUO is for multiple shops, so if a complicated order is declined, I can ask another shop to do it.

1. Request description must be descriptive enough so that the worker taking your claim can have it done how you want it. Any order that follows your description exactly but is not what you wanted is your fault not the worker's.
2. Unrealistic deadlines will probably not be taken from any worker. An unrealistic deadline is when you order a larger order but ask for it to be done within an unrealistic time. This is more of a warning since we will not cancel any requests with unrealistic deadlines.
3. You must follow the discussion if you don't want staff members asking on your profile. This is so that you can receive your order faster and get notified if our staff have any questions. Please specify if you do want staff to ask questions/notify you on your profile.

1. Activity checks are regular, and you are expected to be active at least twice or three times a week. Please check in often. You will be given inactivity strikes for the following: not responding to activity checks, and not taking orders (given there are unclaimed orders corresponding to your department).
2. Please be respectful and friendly. We want our customers to come back. Encourage our customers to fill in a customer survey after you complete their order.
3. It is extremely important that you're following the discussion. I want everyone to get important messages as soon as they can, no later.
4. If you would like, you can do any orders. You are not expected to do orders from other departments, however it is nice to take some weight off the shoulders of other employees. All employees get 15FSC after completing any order.
5. To be accepted you must put the codeword “poof” in your application.

1. If your advertising can be found annoying, stop. Do not reply to unrelated topic, or in most cases even related topics, to direct users to the shop.
2. Do not give formula. a bad name. You're a representative of our shop. Always be kind and respectful, and never start arguments while advertising.
3. To be accepted you must put the codeword ads in the comments of your application.
