The block that allows you to change the size of the sprite is NOT WORKING. At ALL.

At all? As in, you are unable to resize a sprite in any way, bigger or smaller? Or are you just not able to increase a sprite's size?
A link to the project where this is occurring would be nice. Those blocks seem to be working fine in all of my projects.

Also, it's helpful to include your browser and operating system settings in a bug report–to do this, just click on the little globe icon between the emoticon menu and the scratchblocks menu in the forum post editor. This helps the Scratch Team figure out if there's a bug that pops up in certain software setups but not others. Ex:

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 6.3, Firefox 30.0, Flash 12.0 (release 0)
