Able to hide signatures

I got this idea of where there is an option that you could hide your signature if you don't want to see it, so you could be focused on the main message, not the thing.
A few mock-ups:
When signature open:

{…}
* signature *

When signature closed.

{…}

This could apply for everyone, or just some people.

If so, support. It would be nice to declutter the forums if people prefer to have them look like that.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

I was a Scratch Team member from May 10th 2019 to October 29th 2021.

This reminds me of a “spoiler” feature used in other forums.

I support this, even though I wouldn't use this feature at all.
I can understand that signatures can clutter the forums, which is why I'm supporting this, but I just like to see how creative some people can be with their signatures.

Mine's the best, though.

This is my signature, which shows up every time I post and is automatic. To make a signature of your own, locate the “Change your signature” option in the bottom left of the Discussion Home.
I am nothing if not consistently inconsistent.
Snap! is a website that offers block coding like Scratch, but also offers the creation of your own blocks and writing JavaScript functions. The adventurous should consider checking it out!

Semi-support, I suppose some people may find it useful, but I've never heard people complain about this before, and if it really bothers you, there should be some way to block signatures with an ad blocker extension by making it block all content below the grey line in a post.

Sometimes, when the posts are small (like one line or something), I tend to miss the actual message due to the signature being bigger than the post. xD I think this would be a nice feature to have added to the forums.

Support, would be better to have the option to only hide signatures of individual people too or in general.

Only when there is some animated signature that takes up space, and a very small (1 line) post.

Support. I understand that a signature is where you express yourself, but too often people make such signatures loud, bright, and distracting. They can also advertise there, and it completely bypasses Brave Shields or any other blocker. I want the option to hide them.
