Translating Scratch into Other Languages

I found not right translate on scratch 2.0 translate in sound editor button reverse translated like “вернуться” but right translate is “задом наперёд”

@_Red_Fun_ Scratch 3.0 is so close to coming out that we're not making corrections to the 2.0 translations at this time. If you want to help with the translation for Scratch 3.0 you can make suggestions by signing up on our translation platform Transifex (www.transifex.com). Note, the translation for ‘reverse’ needs to mean ‘invert’, not just ‘backwards’. The effect reverses the current sound, so if you reverse, then reverse again, you get the sound forwards, not ‘more backward’. That's different from some of the other effects, where clicking multiple increases the effect.

I wonder if maybe we could have a language called Emoji, it would be for fun, but it would be entirely made out of emojis. I guess it's not that funny, but I think it might be fun to try and decipher all the emojis.

@adsuri and @MMSequeira, thanks for the questions.
Translations are reviewed by translators on Transifex who have the role ‘reviewer’. They are volunteers just like all translators. Some languages may have more people who can review and and get reviewed quicker. With the launch of Scratch 3.0, only reviewed translations will be published in the editor. If a language is mostly complete, but still has some English, it may just be that it needs more people to help review.

The new Scratch 3.0 versions of the coding cards were recently uploaded to the resources server - see the wiki for more details on translating the cards.
There is a project on transifex for the Scratch 3.0 Videos. Any fully reviewed captions will get uploaded to the video site in the next couple of weeks and captioning will be turned on for the video.

We will also be working on language specific versions of the animated gifs in the tutorials, but that work will start right after the launch.

I would love to help translate, but I'm always missing a skill in a language. I can't read Bengali, but I understand it. I can read Arabic, but I can't speak it very well. As of Spanish and even Latin, I'm still learning, and Latin isn't even a common language anymore. Hope I can help once I become fully fluent in either languages.

Yeah! Also, if we can do fun languages, add Pig Latin! Or..for an ominous dead language..Latin itself. I could help with that XD
