When I click the green flag my project works for a second but then stops.

Hello, I have a problem involving the size blocks. Whenever I change the size of something, most of the time it will go on to change itself to something totally random such as 44.7% or 75.5%. When I try to change the size back to 100%, it will refuse to and keep on changing it back to the random size. I haven't ever been able to fix this problem but it appears frequently for me. Has anyone else experienced anything like this, and do you know how to fix it? Thanks

I only come on every week or so to check messages. If someone wants to redo it i'm happy for them to, though someone tried once but their topic was even less active so it didn't take over.

I don't know if it is just my computer, or what, but there are strange visual glitches during my animations, like frames not showing or it getting cut off during animation. Is there any way to stop this?

Hi! My browser / OS: Google Chrome (v 69.0.3497.100), (64 bit)/Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit).
Offline editor Scratch 2 (v 461). Adobe AIR (v 31.0.0.96.), Adobe Flash Player (v 31.0.0.108).
When working in the script Editor and the Scratch 2 standalone editor player, some Unicode characters from the arrow block are displayed incorrectly as an empty square☐. Example: ↚ “ left arrow with stroke ”(from U+219A) and ↛ “right arrow with stroke” (from U+219B). There is one nuance. If one of the symbols is present next to these symbols: ∧ ∨←→ ↔↑↓⨁, the ↚ ↛ characters are then displayed correctly. This issue was not detected in the Scratch 2 online editor and Scratch 3 beta.
