Firstly, I apologise if this is the wrong sub-forum for this topic. My issue doesn't seem to fit anywhere else in my opinion but I understand if I'm wrong.


Anyway, my problem is that my project is appearing with the wrong name in search, possibly reducing how easy it is to find it.

My project is called, at the time of writing, Wall Tennis 1.0. In search, it is called ‘Tennis’.

I started this project on the 2.0 Offline Editor by the name ‘Tennis’ which appears in Search. Every time I update the game online, I download the game to my computer saving the filename as Tennis. This changes the name of the project online to Tennis which I change back to ‘Wall Tennis (version number)’ ensuring the name change saves. Yet, the name doesn't update in search.

To find out what I mean, please search for ‘KDT123’. Click on the Tennis project and you will see that the project name actually is Wall Tennis 1.0.

I would like the name to appear properly in search. There are loads (possibly hundreds) of projects called Tennis and far fewer called Wall Tennis, so I hope changing the search name to what it should be will allow people to find my project easier if they would like to play it.

My question is, will the name ever update in Search or will the search name always be the original project name? Another question, Is there any way I can update the search name, perhaps by keeping the filename on my PC the same as the online name?

I would appreciate it if someone can provide my answer. If you do not understand me, tell me and I'll try to give a better description.

It’s probably just because it hasn’t updated yet. Usually projects themselves don’t appear in search right away and sometimes changes to thumbnails don’t show up for a bit either

Thank you, I'll wait a few days and see what happens. (I have never changed the thumbnail and never intend to). Perhaps the fact that I change the name frequently for updates is affecting it, I do not know.
