Oh sorry. I never saw this. Cheese-duck is the only member in the logos department and they are away.
You have some options:

1. You could wait for cheese-duck to return which will be the start of August.
2. You could wait and see if someone else in a different department takes the order.
3. You could go to another shop. You can find other great logo shops here.

I am sorry you are having problems ordering a logo. But I hope you will come back to our shop some day.
