That is already covered in Sections in reviews and Harshness. Sections in reviews teaches how to split up and add headings to reviews so people can easily know what part of a project your talking about and help prevent your review from becoming a large wall of text, and harshness is about wording things in a way that won't turn off others from having things worded to harshly.
