Issue with lives

I seem to be having an issue with my code where, rather than taking away one life after getting hit, it's taking away two. Can anyone figure out why this is happening?

Issue with lives

It is still broadcasting . because the log continues to touch so 2 are taken away. Add a wait until not touching log after the broadcast and it will fix your issue.
