I'm way late, but I suppose somebody's still here… I was looking for .sb2 to .jar to C conversions on a school computer, and since I can't download anything and the site @A-Geek suggested is apparently part of a blocklist, I rely on online converters, but I can't find much. Any ideas?

https://junebeetle.github.io/converter/online/ That site, assuming it is not blocked, will allow you to convert an sb2 to a swf. From there you should be able to find a converter for an swf to a jar somewhere online.

For it to save as a JAR at the end of the Target section you have to add a .jar extension at the end.
