Not exactly sure what you're asking for, but there are text engines, cloud scripts, and encoders you could try to code if you're bored.

Also, when on the discussions home page you can scroll to the bottom to change your signature, the piece of text displayed automatically after each post in the discussion forums. Just click the “Change my signature” button and enter the text you want your signature to display!

One last thing, to quote a post use the quote tags, as displayed below:

[quote=Enter the person you want to quote's username here]Enter the text they said here[/quote]

Or, if they posted in the same topic as the one you want to quote their post in, click the “Quote” button at the bottom right-hand corner of their post (the one you want to quote, of course).
