Here is a step by step process to make a collab.
1. Come up with a idea for a project
2. Make a studio for that game and do not let people add projects to it
3. Make a topic for this collab, ask them if they want to join, if they say yes, make them a curator
4. Start the project, everyone has to keep remixing the project and add something new until it is finished
Now you should have a collab (It is kind of hard to get people to join)

This is my signature. It's really not that good. I don't even know why you are reading it. It is pointless reading this, and yet, here you are, reading every single word of it. Just stop reading my signature and go on with your life. You are just wasting your time here. Why haven't you gone yet? I have repeatedly told you to leave. You must not be able to read. But wait, you are reading this, so you can read. That must mean you are ignoring me. I don't like being ignored, but if you are good at ignoring things, why is it so hard for you to ignore this signature. I'm getting tired of writing words to fill this signature, so you should just give me a break and stop reading.

Kind of like GitHub PRs… Scratch realy should add an easier collab system. I know many Scratchers will be against this, but it would be so much easier, without ‘For EmeraldDaffodils’ projects or constant remixing, it could be a shared project shared with specific people and they can work on it separately then click a ‘submit’ button which will add it to the actual project.
Plus it will notify you when a change by another Scratcher has been submitted to the project. Gonna post this on ‘Suggestions’
there's no place like index

Hey… Why do all my collabs just die in a matter of days and I only get 1 - 3 people to work with me?

Hmm… maybe you're just trying to be the “host” of the collab and mandating everything…? I like collaborating but whenever i work in the group I end up taking control of everything… sometimes I even take other people's work. ;-;
Any help?..
That's perfectly fine; I tend to do the same.
If you do want to get out of that habit, however, try organizing what things you'll be doing, and post that in the collab topic, whilst telling everyone else to do the same. This way, all of the parts are organized, and you'll know exactly who's doing what. If other people don't do their parts, or people decide to drop out of the collab, just do those parts for them, along with your parts and then you're done. That's what I usually do.
Sorry if this didn't help, or if I misunderstood…
Oh, hello.
This is called a signature.
It is commonly used for typing your name at the end of a post,
but most people use it for destroying evil kumquats.
Yes, so it is.
