Apocalypse turns each mutant, one by one, into three of his horsemen. Back at the X-Mansion, Professor X is worried about the mutants and tries to contact Jean Grey, but he cant, all he hears is a chant, “El Sabah Nur, El Sabah Nur”, he knows what is happening, he sends Mystique in to find more mutants to join the X-Men. These new members along with Magneto, must try and save the four horsemen and stop Apocalypse.

Notes: Silk and Rocket Raccoon were also in the military base, they just weren't able to escape
Jean Grey will turn into Pheonix at some point, but wont be in the same way as the comics or movies

Ok still working on there role in the marvel universe but so far heres what i have been planning:
Flash Thomson mother was a agent in hydra back when it was a good organization fighting for good. But it got changed there was a disagreement between the 2 leaders of so hydra quickly changed there were some agents of hydra that did not like what hydra was becoming so they fought back and became shield. The leader of shield before it became shield was flash's mom who remarried and when she remarried her last name changed a change that dosent matter much to any of the characters in the all new marvel universe but dos matter to us her name is maria hill.

Later in X-Men Episode 2, they would mention that the base was owned by hydra
