Yes, I totally agree with that. Unless the Scratcher creates the music or has more to the project than the music, they are not allowed to do that. Are noteblock versions of songs allowed? Just asking.

Any projects from people like RCMusic, which have visualizers and stuff, would be considered creative in my book and shouldn't be reported. And if it's their own music it's okay, but it it is someone else's music then it is not okay.

Agreed. You can't just go around reporting music remixes
