Removals

Expanded Benefits for Removed Shops
As for removal of shops, I am considering instead of just dropping them and leaving them to be inactive, we could influence their members, on their own profiles or included with their removal post, to join another shop in the USS, bring the shop back, or merge with another shop to maintain activity inside our federation.

Invitations
I am also currently running a search through the front pages of the Requests forum, searching for any good shops to personally invite to the USS. This is a task that the ambassadors should complete sometime soon, but for a little longer, I will complete myself.

Requirements
When applying, you must follow the thread, so you will be alerted of notifications much more efficiently.

Notification Service
I am planning on having a notification service that will have messages sent to individual profiles, which will improve the likeliness of demands being noticed within a desired amount of time. Users who do not want this can opt-out now before it's too late, or opt-out at any time during the program. I am considering watchers, ambassadors, or a new position to complete this task.

Expanded Benefits for Removed Shops
When shops are removed, they are almost just dropped and left to be alone and no longer supported from the USS, leaving people to question it's activity and possibly lose support. However, I plan on changing this in a slightly-involving way.

When a shop is removed for inactivity, then they will receive this standardized message from the USS on their forum (which can be completed by anyone, preferably watchers/open ambassadors/archivers.)

Your shop has been removed from the USS for inactivity.
But it's not all over! You can do the following!

• Regroup the shop and re-join the USS.
  
• Merge with another shop.
  
• Join another shop in the USS.

This action used to be exclusive to the Head Department prior to the March 2017 Reform, which allowed Ambassadors to complete this action. This action allows appropriate people to invite great shops into the USS. The message, which will be standardized and prepared soon, may be copied-and-pasted into appropriate forums.

Please do not overuse this in an abusive way, and only use it on great shops that match our requests. Abusing this may result in some form of punishment.

I'll temporarily put this application on hold since I am working on the new updates that I said I'll implement by Monday. Those improvements might affect the application and the amount of members under our federation.

After understanding better on what the partnership will be with, I would like to accept. (The terms of our partnership is assistance, and more specifically if one of our federations/unions fail, the other can help - either way.)
