Actually, I don't feel another reformat is necessary. The multiple-post method right now is fine for now.

Update

USE OF SCRATCHER AND USER
Now in this dictionary, Scratcher is no longer referred to as a term for both the New Scratcher and Scratcher rank. It is now used as a term for the Scratcher rank individually. Users is the term, in this dictionary, for both New Scratchers and Scratchers.

COINED TERMS
There is now a new section for coined terms by the community that has a unique meaning. Right now it has 3, originating from me, CellularData, and cheddargirl.

NEW DISCLAIMER
As you may notice, now there is an alert - in italics - about new touches (such as Scratcher and User) mentioned above. This is definitely something you should read.

EXTENSIVE WIKI REFERENCES
The wiki is linked extensively now, as it is a great source of information in case you didn't know/don't use it.

EXTENSIVE STICKY REFERENCES
Stickies are linked more frequently now, as they're another great source of information, and it also encourages people to use it more frequently.

RETOUCH
I looked through the entire dictionary and included more grammar fixes and ease of understanding.

FURTHER EXPLAINED REMOVED?
The Further Explained section is now removed as a result of extended Scratch Wiki referencing, and for ease of understanding and BBCoding.

Alerts are not just for warning somebody; the ST also uses alerts to tell someone that they've been invited to a special group like Scratch Mentors.

Great guide though! Reporting to be stickied.

The Scratch Team has halted all guides to be stickied effective August 2020. This was preliminary to the effect.

I think the Bugs and Glitches forum are an exception to this moratorium; they also stickied a thread (by Paddle2See if I recall correctly) for that whole sprite saving bug a few weeks ago.
