wright now alot of people are angry about AE (add everything) studios. some want them canceled. i think that the creator of projects should be able to control what is on the top of the studio bar. but don't ban the studios! alot of people like them.

It isn't dead because you keep bringing it up. So how about we all shut up about it and let them get bored instead of giving them the attention they want.

A bit harsh, but I agree. I've been satisfied with the removal of “Add by tags” and won't engage in anymore arguing about AE studios.

No, the user means that there are anti-AE people posting on AE studios to stop. That isn't okay, and that really needs to stop.

Although it's not necessarily an “attack” there were some that were overly aggressive on the “good” side.

That's as nice as I can possibly be for a discussion like this.

I don't quite understand the Add Everything studio idea. What I am perceiving is this:

1. Anything that is compliant with the scratch rules is allowed.
2a. There's a large group of anti AE people.
2b. There's a smaller group of anti people that are anti AE.
3. There is a war between the 4 groups, pro AE, anti AE, anti anti AE (double opposites) and bystanders that have no idea (that's the group I'm in).
4. People are trying to stop the war but its not working.
5. Now people are playing cards and talking about peace with a resolution of “Lets forget about this, we're the correct people”. DO YOU KNOW HOW IRRITATING THAT IS?
6. The war is getting worse.
7. Now even the Scratch Team are having to try and solve this with a high priority. Maybe some of us aren't quite mature enough to use the concept of Scratch yet.
8. Studios are another way of classifying stuff in ways, right? Well, a group of everything obviously isn't classification. There are a lot of possible questions too: If a set of all sets (an AE studio) exists, does it contain itself? What's the similarity between A and B? What is the overall theme?
9. I don't think anyone wants a civil war anyway. I can and will not say what my opinion is, because another person is going to start flaming me at some stage.
10. The scratch community is meant to be a more friendly place. We can't keep going with group v group wars. The Scratch Team and moderators probably have enough trouble with fake wars and moderating rpg chatting.

This is why we need to try and get somewhere.

Listen, the more you try to forget about it the harder it'll be to forget. If we never mention this ever again, then the issue will die out.

This workd for all of my friend issues: throw grass on the people ans yell “BOO BOO NO MOR”
but really, if we all stop talking and adding, it will go away (mostly)
