Do any classic video games really give you nostalgia when you play them? Whenever I watch this I get nostalgia. Discuss

I remember in the 1st grade I used to wake up at 5:00 in the morning to play Super Mario Galaxy on weekends

I remember playing SpongeBob PS2 games all the time.

I remember going over to my aunt's to play Bubble Bobble on her NES with my little sister.

I remember when I was younger, I had this PS2. I had this game called Shadows of Destiny. Your actions would change how the story ended. You see, the main character had been killed, so he would travel through time and stop it from happening, several times. It ended lying on a road looking at the stars. Then a car comes and……

I guarantee that if I played ‘Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie’s Revenge' again, that would be a massive dose of nostalgia.

Smash Bros. Melee. I like Brawl better now, but this one just brings back so many memories, even though I was pretty bad at it.

Hmmm. I get pretty nostalgic thinking back to old Bullfrog games - Theme Park, Theme Hospital, that sort of thing. They're still fun these days but it's not quite the same as playing for hours when I was a child. These days it's up to me when I play and when I stop. Usually this means that I don't play much at all because it's not as fun as it used to be.

More recent nostalgia would have to be Rock Band/Guitar Hero. Playing that in my awesome little flat during my years at university is still a very warm memory for me.

I. Am. A. Kirby. Freak. Any Kirby games make me feel like I'm a little boy who's in heaven.

My personal favorite is Kirby Super Star Ultra. I like the old one too but I think Ultra is better.

Sonic 3 and Knukcles. Whoa, nostalgia attack there.
