Hi, I'm NeilWest, also known as “SpicyChorizo” in anywhere other than Scratch or real life. I've released another new single because it's nearly Christmas and I decided to not put out something that's festive. However, since this is the season of goodwill, you can buy this single for any price you want. If you feel like Ebenezer Scrooge, then feel free to take it for free. However, if you're more in a Chris Kringle (i think thats how you spell that - i don't know becuase it's such a 'merican/silly name for Santa) mood - then spend whatever dollars (or your regional equivalent) on this that you think I deserve.

• Illuminous (Original Mix)
  Illuminous is probably one of the most professional songs I've ever made. It has a avant-garde style bass which powers through the whole song with a contrastingly less harsh sub bass that accompanies it softly. It has a normal house beat and is bouncy from start to finish. I guess if you played this in some underground club - only one person would have to leave with ear trauma.
  
  
• Illuminous (SpicyChorizo Alternate Edit)
  I then chose to remake the song since I couldn't find anyone who was willing to remix it. Whilst I kept the lead similar, you can swiftly notice that this version is alot less harsh and is more softer. That's why it's an “alternate” edit. It's also alot more drum focused, with a large majority of the song placing the percussion in first. Still, it's just as groovy as the original.

lots of squares, saws and wayyyy too much distortion.
Seems a bit dissonant in places, and no not in the good way
Nice kick. I would be banging my head if my hair wasn't so greasy
Love the Mr. Standfast octave change towards the 3/4 mark.
okay there is too much distortion it's official now
could do with a bit of low pass filtering? maybe?
the whine at the begging should be about an octave lower and less sharp.

I would probably remix or something, but I suck at transcribing notes
