It's allowed in that case. It's only illegal to call some form of software or unrelated service (anything)scratch(anything), but it IS legal to call a site that provides related services that; “scratchtutorials.com” is perfectly fine.

And the *project hosting pack is going to be available SOON

The project sites are only for scratch ones and also you must give credit for the project if it is not yours! You can also have a project page for yours and your scratch collabs projects

Well… erm…. *Few Mins Pass* It is for scratch papers, scratch collabs ,scratch businesses

I would give you permission to use Hawk host or similar.
