This will be my first professional building job. I have done a few ideas for servers to implement to have lighting, better looks, etc. I hope you will consider me regardless.

I think you should hire me because I have played on many prison servers and have gone a long way with many of them. I have a vision to build for other servers with their own unique styles for me to only get better and better

That's just a version hack; it doesn't have any 1.7 features at all, it just allows 1.7 players to connect and allows use of Bukkit plugins.
