But it's impossible to make them work 100% accurately, because anyone can “cheat” and change his time. So the whole system would be crushed.

Support! Maybe instead of having the current time block it would say local and then for the server time it would be:
([unit v] in time zone [time zone v] :: sensing)

But then it shouldn't just add or subsract hours from your local time to get the right time in other time zones. Because that wouldn't solve the problem. But your Block is a good idea, i will add it with a small explaination to the first post

it would be great if we get at least 20-25 supporters,this should show that there are enough supports to think about an implemention of this

Support. This is similar to my
(current [UTC hour v] :: sensing)idea.

What will this block do if the time server is down?

I think the time server never would be down when the scratch server is online. And if they really have to shut it down it should return a static value, maybe the last time which was returned when the server was online. However, good question. I don't know the technical stuff the Scratch Team uses, but i think they should definitly built in some protection-values, which wont crush whole ingame accounts which are saved with cloud data and need this block to run.
