I want to join! I am Mister_Hoodie.

P. S. I suggest using a professional server hosting website in the future.

Localhost server's aren't gonna work for you if you're trying to be a big server/network. If you'd like that, I'd recommend a server host. I'd go for Beastnode (Click here to go to website). They have great services at cheap prices so I'd recommend them. Also use code OCTC to get 15% off for life. Enjoy!

This. Self-hosting is insecure due to no DDoS protection. Your ISP also probably isn't built to handle the traffic of your server.

No I don't make projects anymore. I left some time ago.
I only check the forums every now and then, but other than that consider me retired.

It's possible.

Upload bandwidth on the other hand is probably going to be an issue on most people's connections.

My network connection can sadly only handle up to 3 players at the same time and in my area (San Jose) it is surprisingly the best plan offered. When do you want to play?

I decided to advertise it here because I'd like more players. It is running on my own PC, and I play on the server on the same computer.

Here is some basic information (more can be found on the website):
IP: 69.107.89.192 (changes once in a while)
Hours: 9am-7pm Pacific Standard Time (US)

Anyway, if you visit my MC server's website, davidsmcserver.ml, you will find that it now has a new name, CubeRealms! (Don't forget to check for downtimes!) But that's not all I changed and updated. It now is running on Spigot 1.8.3, with some handy plugins I installed. If you know of any plugins you want me to install, tell me! Also on the website is an overhead map of the whole wide map where you can easily spot a good place to build or find villages or landmarks!

The server map right now is 10km x 10km in size, which I limited using the plugin WorldBorder. That is pretty big, and I'm not sure how much my computer right now can handle. It has a pretty good graphics card, a quad-core CPU and 8 GB of RAM, but once I upgrade it to 16 GB, I can expand the world to 20x20 or 30x30 km.

Another new feature is that there is a basic lobby at spawn built of polished andesite.

Also, I am working on a trail system that reaches out pretty far, for your enjoyment and to aid in the event you want to build far away or you get lost.

Lastly, I have implemented anti-griefing measures for my property and the vicinity so nobody can build or destroy stuff there. If you want to protect your property, check out Minecraft Tutorial: Claiming land with WorldGuard. There is lots of undeveloped land, so you can go very far out to build someplace away and safe from other players killing you, griefing your house, etc.

Thanks for considering joining!

NOTE: Due to my MC server being my own PC, I don't want it to die early due to excessive wear and tear. I have not had any players join my server at all yet, and if nobody is joining, it is wasting resources like electricity and maintenance costs. (Oh no!)

So if you would like to play, you should provide an appoximate time that that will be by replying to this post, and the server will be up then. But if nobody wants to play on a certain day or a certain time period, the server will not be up. Thank you for your understanding!

Do keep in mind that your connection may only be able to hold acouple people at once. Plus a graphics card doesn't affect the server on our end. And is this a dedicated home server, or just your PC?

A lot has changed since that post, and I'm not accepting more players. I was actually able to have 3 people on my server at once with no lag, but whatever. Yea, this is just on my PC. But it does have a nice quad-core i5 processor and 8 GB of RAM. I can't really afford to build a dedicated home server and my Internet connection isn't really that good.

No, nobody comes on anyway because everyone thinks it is boring and laggy.
