The 3D Scratch suggestion has been rejected before

It depends, if you like making 2d games, i would go to java script.
if you like making 3d ones, unity 3d is for you

If you are going to go to unity you would need to learn c# programming its not click and drag programming but if you would be interested in doing so i would be more than grateful to work with you on learning it and maybe designing something together

You can use WebGL for 3D in JS.
