IIRC all the civ games have been rated E and they feature a lot of killing and nuclear holocausts (Or maybe that's just my playstyle)…

The Worst Part Is After That When The Same Pokemon Who Killed Hydregeion Then Tries To Kill The Player In A Cutscene While Your Partner Begs For Him To Stop. That Is Messed Up!

Shadow the hedgehog is 100% responsible for the wave of ultra edgy ten year olds that have come out in the past few years.

It's given us some of the most amusingly bad fanfiction ever created, and for that, I'm thankful.

Yeah, I looked it up later. There was a similar easter egg in the first game, but Roll is changing clothes instead of bathing.
Even more disturbingly, in her diary, she starts to question whether he's doing this on purpose since he did it twice. (in reference to the previous game)

Master Hand gets a bloody scrape in Subspace Emissary (Spoilers sorry) but it's the equivalent to paper cut imo.
That and the addition of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Sold may have been a reason to give it the teen rating.

I've never really played any games with odd content for their ratings but I've heard of a lot of weird stuff, for example:
That creepy sonic CD easteregg.
The river Twygz (or something like that) from paper mario
There are a lot of creepy enemies in zelda from what I've heard
Every bad ripoff game ever

Thing is, Nintendo let the Dead Hand (From The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) slide.

Anyways, I have to agree with the creator of this topic about the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gate to Infinity part. That was pretty brutal.
