I was also shaking. The fat Kaiju fight was my favorite. It was so funny to see the lumpy monster bumbling around. But I didn't really get to see too much of the single pilot news thing… does someone remember that?

We only got to see one pilot piloting on their own for about 2 minutes. Once at the start after Knifehead and once at the end after Gipsy went through the Breach. But I didn't really get to see too much of the single pilot news thing… does someone remember that?

Yeah. What was it with the bleeding irises? Or was it something else?

I think the reason Raleigh could do that was because he was still in the hangover left by the Drift. Yeah. What was it with the bleeding irises? Or was it something else?

If I saw this I probably still wouldn't know what you were talking about in the topics because it looks like one of those things that's really cool and fun but just for the spectacle.

That's theater specific. Mainly this is a rule to keep people at late showings (dates and stuff) from being annoyed by whining children that would be better off asleep. And R if you're under 6 years old and it's after 6 PM. At least in my theater. All US ratings are just suggestions besides NC-17You can see it if you are under 13Are you under 13? I want to see Pacific Rim SO BADLY!!!!! And my parents haven't taken me.

I thought the the idea for the movie was ok, but there was too much action, and the plot was very simple. They could have spent more time developing the characters and plot, but it was an exciting movie to watch at the theater

The movie was made as a homage to other movies of the genre, most of them had ridiculous plots and lots of action. Most did that.
“Today, at the edge of hope, at the edge of time, we have chosen to believe.
Not only in ourselves, but in each other. To depend on each other.
Today, not a man or woman in here stands alone.
Today will be the day they tell stories about. The day we face the monsters that are at our door.
We take the fight to them.
TODAY, WE ARE CANCELLING THE APOCALYPSE!”
