I believe you should look for the rain sound effect on Scratch. If it is not there, go to a website that you can download sounds and download the sound onto your computer. Once you've done that, upload the effect onto Scratch and there you go!

I don't know if you noticed, but this post is kind of old already. What you're doing now is a “necropost”.
Since you seem new to the forums, it would be best if you could read this helpful guide on necroposting.
