Anybody see the Heart-Shaped Box music video. SO CREEPY AND DISTURBING AND SUSPENSFUL I COULD NOT MAKE IT TO THE ENDTellllllllllllllllllllllllll me about it. All the odd imagery… it was all so confusing. Nonetheless, a cool video. And great song!

I personally found the beginning of Snowman, the theme for the town “Snowman” in MOTHER (First game in the series, made by Nintendo. Only 3 games in the series were made and only MOTHER 2 was nationalized and could be bought in America.) a tad creepy.
Then again, MOTHER 1 wasn't nationalized outside of Japan.

For a classical example, Chorale and Shaker Dance byJohn Zdechlik has an absolutely unnerving part in the middle. The harmonies are odd, the melody is strange, and it sounds kind of like a distorted train. It gave me the shivers when we played it in Wind Ensemble last year!
