About
Pro Invent Inc is a collaboration which specialises in reviewing games and awarding accolades. We also try to publish a newsletter monthly and hold competitions. We may, in the future, start to create games. So, have you got a game you want reviewed? The collaboration account is only for people people who need it (e.g editor) and admin (e.g director).

Roles
Game Reviewer
A game reviewer reviews games on demand and for our newsletter. They follow a review format. Specialised formats are used for OS and other projects.
Reports to Game Review Team Manager who finds games and works out the results.

Interviewer
The interview interviews one member and one random scratcher for each edition.
Reports to Information Department Director

Script Helper
A script helper writes a tutorial for each edition. They need to have good writing and programming skills.
Reports to Information Department Director

Writer
A writer works on their novels for publishing on each editions.They need to have good planning, writing and creativity skills.
Reports to Fiction Team Manager who organises novels and commissions new novels to be written once hearing the plot.

Editor
A editor checks and proofreads the whole edition and especially the novels.They need to have a good sense of spelling and grammar.
Reports to Fiction Team Manager who organises novels and commissions new novels to be written once hearing the plot.

Programmer
A programmer works towards creating each mini-game. They need to have a good understanding of programming and good programming skills
Reports to Mini Game Team Manager who sets out ideas for the game, organises assignments and puts the game together.

Graphic Artist
A graphic artist creates artwork for novels and also to the Mini Game sprites. They need to have good artistic skills, must link to their artwork and have access to professional programs like inkscape.
Reports to Mini Game Team Manager and Fiction Team Manager.

Reporter
A researcher finds facts, just the facts from inside scratch. They must have good researching and presenting skills.
Reports to News Department Director who commission articles and columns and organises the news team.

Researcher
A researcher finds facts, just the facts from outside scratch. They must have good researching and presenting skills.
Reports to News Department Director who commission articles and columns and organises the news team.

Journalist
A journalist writes about news and information inside and outside scratch using researcher's information.
Reports to News Department Director who commission articles and columns and organises the news team.

Rules
1. Must not copy ideas, projects or sprites without giving credit
2. Must be kind and helpful towards other staff and members
3. Must try to complete assignments on time (just tells us if you can’t and we’ll understand)
4. No commenting, posting or loving with the collaboration account.
5. Have fun

Accolades
Pro Invent Pass This is an accolade given to games which have passed a review (+28)
Pro Invent Pass with Merit This is an accolade given to games which have passed a review with a large margin (+34)
Pro Invent Distinction This is an accolade given to games which have passes a reviews with a massive margin (38)

Structure
The Pro Invent Inc is split into three different groups. The first, General Department and second, Creativity Department and third, News and Info Department. Each has a number of different roles and responsible for different content for the newsletter. Some departments are split further into

Management
Managing Director ✯✯✯✯✯
The managing director oversees the whole organisation. They make sure all the content is put together and ready. The managing director also has other smaller jobs (e.g. puzzle master, survey master) and helps out when an area is short-staffed. They compile each newspaper. Deputy Managing (✯✯✯✯) Directors and Managing Directors will fill in on empty positions until full.
Deputy Managing Director ✯✯✯✯
The deputy does oversee one department but also helps manage the whole collaboration with the Managing Director. They become the temporarily Managing Director when the MG is away.
Director ✯✯✯
A director has to manage a whole department, making sure assignments are allocated fairly. Directors usually make up their own assignments for their department based on what content is still outstanding. Example: Creative Branch Director
Manager ✯✯
A manager directs a team, making sure assignments are done and that their team members understand. They need to be active, good at their work, helpful and organised. Example: Mini-Game Team Manager
Head ✯
A head does not really manage but oversees and advises their sub-team. There is usually one head per sub-team (a team within a team or lesser team). To get promoted to head, a member has to be active and good at their work. Example: Head Programmer

Thanks fr the mention on your ‘About me page’. I am going to set up a projects for members to vote. I will also tell you when to write an article about code and help with script. We aim to be a weekly newspaper but it will take time to get going. We also need games to review so if you know anyone who wants a review and feedback then please tell them about this collaboration.

Please post the reviews on this thread and it is likely that two or three game reviewers will review one game. We can then have detailed written feedback and we can average the scores to get a balanced opinion.
