I think it would be nice to have some more pen blocks, but there are stamped based test engines out there so if you need one right .

As long as there's plenty of fonts. Support.

Support! You could do this in JavaScript and Processing. Color should be controlled using Pen color.

set print location to [center]
and
set print text wrapping to <>

It would have an independent color scheme, but there's a pretty easy workaround:
set [colour v] to [insert colour id here]
set pen color to (colour)
set print color to (colour) :: pen

Support, if these blocks was included too:
set print size to () :: pen
set print effect to [ v] :: pen
set amount of print effect to () :: pen
