Describe Scratch Team messages on projects with naming and shaming better
Here's a problem, there are entire naming and shaming communities on Scratch.
The Scratch Team tries to shut them down, but, because the Scratch Team just says “Help keep the site friendly”, the people in those communities just think those are false reports. Yikes!
So, my suggestion is that the Scratch Team says to the name-and-shamers, “Please don't name and shame”, and they explain what naming and shaming is, how it's bad, and to just report instead.

(#7)Is that the case though? Is it really? Or is it just a figment of your imagination? What if scratch never existed, and you’re just hallucinating? All of these people you’ve met, they might not be anything more than a figment of your imagination? And now that you know this, you have to ask yourself the question: is scratch real? Are you truly on an online platform named scratch? Or are you dreaming, seeing this so-called “programming for kids platform” in a completely different way from everybody else? How can you fully be sure you’re not hallucinating? How can you be so sure that there is a real thing called scratch? This is Scratch, not Snap. I think it’s snap!.

What if they think your proposed message is just a false report?

If you were new to the site, and you put text art, then later got warned for “Harrasment” when all you did was text art, you would be more likely to think it’s a false report then if the warning said “Text Art” What if they think your proposed message is just a false report?
(This is an example btw)

This isn't really a relevant example; it's different from the situation that OP describes. If you were new to the site, and you put text art, then later got warned for “Harrasment” when all you did was text art, you would be more likely to think it’s a false report then if the warning said “Text Art” What if they think your proposed message is just a false report?

I do agree on this because new scratchers can learn that this is wrong to do.
Just not remove it and warn the person who false report. What if they think your proposed message is just a false report?

little timmy sees mr yeast posting lots of illegal content
he learns from other platforms that complaining on the platform (and off) will pressure the company to solve the problem so some random hackers on a website try to vigilante the company with a DDoS attack
because he doesn't have any other accounts (hes under 14 not ready for account) he decides to complain on scratch
when they say harassment he gets really mad and keeps complaining, never learning truly why he was alerted
scratchers on the forums from 10-500 posts have at most, a 7 short sentence span for replies. if you cant keep your posts in this range, then dont act suprised when someone asks for simplified version

Let me rephrase. OP thinks that the current alert message is not good enough because Scratchers may think that they were just false-reported. So OP suggests a change to the message. My question is, how do we know that Scratchers won't also think that this new alert message is merely a false-report?Just not remove it and warn the person who false report. What if they think your proposed message is just a false report?
-snip-This also isn't relevant; the current Scratch Team message doesn't say anything about “harassing,” unless I'm misremembering. Does anyone have the full wording of the alert that OP is describing?

We have more than one “Help keep the site friendly” notification stock message. However, we do have specific stock notifications for attacking other users: This also isn't relevant; the current Scratch Team message doesn't say anything about “harassing,” unless I'm misremembering. Does anyone have the full wording of the alert that OP is describing?
For comments: “Treat everyone with respect” - Always be kind to others when participating on Scratch. Attacking someone else often causes them to get defensive and do more disruptive things, and it can also cause you to do things that break the Community Guidelines. If you feel someone has done or shared something that's harmful, insulting, or otherwise disruptive to the community, please use the “Report” button instead of trying to attack or spread rumors about them and the Scratch Team will take care of it. Thanks! - Scratch Team
For projects: The Scratch Team has removed this project because it is disrespectful to another Scratcher. Always be considerate when engaging on Scratch. It's not okay to share projects about disagreements with other Scratchers, even if you’ve had a disagreement. If you feel someone has done or shared something that's harmful, insulting, or otherwise disruptive to the community, please don't try to address the situation yourself. Instead, click the “Report” button, or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page, and we'll review it. Remember, there is a person behind every Scratch account. Please follow the Community Guidelines when using Scratch.
I can't imagine an ST member sending out a “Help keep the site friendly” notification for naming-and-shaming stuff unless there was more to the situation. But overall we do have stock default notifications for attacking other users, and unless someone thinks the wording is incredibly awful, these should be pretty sufficient.

(#10)I am talking about those Scratchers who keep giving attention to trolls by remixing their remixes of projects in a virtually infinite cycle until the Scratch Team removes all of the remixes.

What you describe is a completely different issue. It's difficult and insufficient to go through each remix of a troll project to determine if the remix is supporting the troll or trying to attack them (and failing to do so via feeding them); regardless, though, no one should be remixing troll projects for whatever reason, so by default, any remixes of troll projects get the same notification of the original troll project.(#10)I am talking about those Scratchers who keep giving attention to trolls by remixing their remixes of projects in a virtually infinite cycle until the Scratch Team removes all of the remixes.

Because of the way the system works, I don't think what you describe is doable. Maybe we can revisit this after changes in regards to the Digital Service Act (which is some legal stuff related to moderation) is put in place, but now is not a practical time.
